Having spent many years living in Thailand, one of the things that I miss about the Uk, though there aren’t many, is a traditional Christmas Day Dinner. Late December in Pattaya, brings hot sunny days and a steady increasing number of tourists heading to Thailand for some winter sunshine. It’s at this time of year that my mind wanders back to my previous Christmas Festivities in England.
So what can you expect from a christmas Dinner in Pattaya? If you love sweet potatoes like I do, I think you will enjoy this easy to make soup recipe. What I really like about this soup is the hint of orange flavoring mixed with the sweet taste of the potatoes.
