Bhozan
In Nepali, Bhozan means "delicious food".
Within the border of the Kingdom of Nepal, you can experience the most diverse landscape of anywhere else in the world. From sea level to the highest mountain on earth, Mount Everest. Recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and they reflect the unique and distinct flavours enjoyed by the Nepalese people. In Nepal several languages are spoken and 13 distinct peoples live, the food is equally as varied as the many cultures and landscapes it comes from. In Bhozan we have attempted to recreate the taste sensation that is Nepalese food right here in Niseko and like the rest of Nepal, we believe these recipes are a pleasure for the senses. We hope you enjoy a little taste of the wonder that is Nepal.
